CERTIFICATION – verification of status through screening processes

QUALIFICATION – review and input of selected business criteria and referral to appropriate Purchasing Professional for consideration

UTILIZATION – activities in the purchasing processes, such as routine purchases, requests for proposals and contracts and other forms of purchase
